In this role you will:
Actively work on our learning platform, according with our strategy (content upload, KPIs).
Take part in the learning content design and deliver processes for the development of high-level quality learning solutions
Support the team in day-by- day activities relating to collecting training needs, alignements with internal and external stakeholders, and cascading the learning & development initiatives
Support the Head of the function with global e local contacts for delivering the better learning & development solution in the country
Help develop ad hoc training programs to support change management
